GoMore Platform provides business management, AI customer service, lead workflow, email outreach, analytics, and Google Ads reporting tools for authorized business users.
Information we collect
We collect account information, contact information, tenant and user settings, platform activity records, and business data that users enter or upload to the platform.
Google Ads API access
When a signed-in user chooses to connect a Google Ads account, we request the Google Ads API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. With this permission, the platform may access Google Ads account identifiers, accessible customer accounts, campaign names, campaign statuses, performance metrics, billing summary data, and related reporting data needed to provide the authorized features.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are used only to call Google Ads API on behalf of the user who authorized the connection. We do not sell Google user data.
Basic Google account information
We also request the OpenID, email, and profile scopes so the platform can identify the connected Google account and show the authorized account email to the signed-in platform user. This information is used only for account connection status, troubleshooting, and user-facing account display inside GoMore Platform.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the platform features requested by users.
- To show the Google account email that authorized the connection.
- To display Google Ads account and campaign reporting after user authorization.
- To secure accounts, investigate errors, and maintain service reliability.
- To comply with legal, security, and platform policy requirements.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure and service providers only as needed to operate the platform, comply with law, or protect the platform and its users.
User control and revocation
Users can disconnect Google Ads access inside GoMore Platform. Users may also revoke access from their Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
