Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of GoMore Platform, a business management platform for AI customer service, lead workflows, email outreach, analytics, and Google Ads reporting.
Use of the service
Users must use the platform only for lawful business purposes and must keep login credentials confidential. Users are responsible for the data they upload, process, or connect to the platform.
Google Ads integration
The Google Ads integration requires explicit user authorization. By connecting a Google Ads account, the user authorizes GoMore Platform to access Google Ads API data needed to provide account listing, campaign reporting, billing summary, and performance analysis features.
Users remain responsible for complying with Google Ads policies, Google API Services User Data Policy, and all applicable advertising laws and platform requirements.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access another tenant's data.
- Do not submit misleading, harmful, or unauthorized advertising content.
Third-party services
The platform may connect to third-party services such as Google Ads. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Availability of integrations may depend on third-party API access, authorization, and account status.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when required for security, reliability, policy compliance, or product improvement.
