DTC adaptation:Product mix and hero SKUs, priority country markets, consumer segments and use cases, marketplace/independent site roles, and platform and brand competitive benchmarking.
Phase 02 · Conversion Base
Website & Conversion Infrastructure
Goal: build a searchable digital presence that converts

Deliverables:Sitemap, page templates, core pages, landing pages, forms, and event tracking specifications. Acceptance is based on real testing of mobile experience, submission flow, source attribution, and responsible-party notifications.
DTC adaptation:Product categories and navigation, PDP templates, product feed, cart/checkout flow, and GA4, ad pixel, and purchase event specifications. Product ID, price, inventory, and variants must match between feed and PDP.
Phase 03 · Brand Presence
Brand Accounts & Content System
Goal: build lasting professional trust through the company and key roles.

DTC adaptation:Brand social pages, creator and UGC collaboration lists, product/scene motifs, monthly content calendar, asset licensing, and commercial partnership disclosure rules.
Phase 04 · Trust Building

Stage 05 · Active Demand
Paid traffic and outbound acquisition
Goal: combine organic traffic, paid ads, and proactive outreach to acquire targeted customers

Do not bypass login or technical restrictions, collect sensitive personal information, or send bulk messages without permission.
DTC adaptation:Google Shopping/PMax product groups, Meta catalog, browsing/cart-add retargeting audiences, on-platform ad structures, and cross-platform budget rules. DTC does not use contact scraping or AI outbound calls.
Phase 06 · Revenue Loop
Automated Nurturing & Sales Conversion
Goal: Convert leads into stable customers through automated nurturing and sales collaboration

DTC adaptation:Browse/abandoned-cart emails, order and after-sales notifications, review invitations, membership/repurchase automation, plus order, refund, and customer value feedback fields.
The 90–180 day cadence is a planning reference, not a performance promise. Implement by dependencies, not by waiting mechanically: ads don't need the whole site finished, but they do need matching landing pages and conversion tracking.
